From the word "Batu Celeng" then local surfer call it "Pig stone" located in West coast of Bali, next to Tanah Lot Temple, about 20 minutes by car Pig stone beach is a beach with black sand beach, volcano reef, and natural beach in Bali. Not like other famous beach in Bali, Pig stone beach is good for surfing, dirt bike and even for horse riding. During the sunset, you can enjoy the scenery of the beautiful sunset and beach in there.
For surfer who like to explore Bali waves, this is one place that you can surf only on dry season, Low tide is not recommended. Mid to high tide is the best time to surf in here. In front of river mouth there is spot, left waves direction, powerful and fun waves. Beware by the end section, cause of beach break. There is a reef break, but do not worries it still quite save. Mostly no current, and beautiful scenery during the sunset time.
When you Surfing or just enjoy the scenery in here, There is no warung, toilet, restaurant or other facilities in here. Please be mind to bring all you need during you visit this beach.
